Duties and Responsibilities
Effectively work and communicate with your team and other STEMCELL departments and groups to develop, implement and monitor sales strategies that ensure attainment of opportunity, revenue, department, and company goals
Aid in Sales recruitment and onboarding to develop new team members
Identify and make improvements in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity by assessing new technology/tools to optimize Inside Sales processes
Work with Sales Managers and Field Reps to build strong territory teams
Ensure effective dissemination of messaging from Sales Leadership team and corporate level to the Team Lead(s) and Inside Sales team, and vice versa
Knowledge and Qualifications
BSc, MSc or PhD in the life sciences, with an emphasis on understanding of immunology
Previous experience in a people leadership role
Previous experience with Sales processes
