About the Manager of Implementation at Headspace:


As a Manager of Implementation at Headspace, you will be responsible for the success of a team leading our client implementations and projects. You’ll support our client-facing Implementation Managers who set the tone for our partnerships, be the team’s support and advocate, work closely with internal cross functional partners, and help drive projects that improve processes to increase team performance. This role will report to the Director of Global Implementation.


What you will do:


  • Manage and lead the North America team of Implementation Managers and specialists who are client facing and responsible for the successful implementation and launch of our Enterprise, Mid Market and SMB clients. 
  • Set clear team goals and delegate client projects across the team.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the North America Implementation team
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Grow, coach and support a happy, healthy, and high performing team, providing training and support as needed.
  • Identify gaps and propose strategies to fill by listening to team members’ feedback and help incorporate it into improved processes and operations
  • Drive internal projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Drive projects to support the team's client facing responsibilities. 
  • Run team office hours to support cross functional partner questions
  • Create and refine documentation i.e. team playbooks
  • Make recommendations for projects or programs needed to achieve team goals. 
  • Attend large enterprise kickoffs and support IMs on client implementations as necessary
  • May be required to support large implementations


What you will bring:

Required Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience including Manager of Implementation, Customer Success, Project Management, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar roles; with 2+ years in a people management role.
  • Strong project management skills (you’ll be responsible for managing multiple work streams per project, and multiple projects at once)
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships, with a focus on driving engagement
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
  • Willingness to problem solve and work through any customer challenges
  • Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action
  • Comfort in a startup environment – we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel to company offsites and client launch on-sites as needed


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Previous work in health and wellbeing space is a plus 
  • Project Management Certification a plus, not a requirement


Pay & Benefits:


The base salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skills and scope required, relevant licensure and certifications, and unique relevant experience and job-related skills. The base salary range for this role is $87,300-$122,705.
