We are looking for a passionate, innovative, and collaborative team player who will join our team as Manager of Paid Social. As a key leader in the organization, you will build, strengthen, and effectively manage our paid social acquisition strategy to fuel our growth. Your efforts will directly contribute to the roadmap and vision supporting HelloFresh and Chef's Plate in Canada. Furthermore, you will embody a growth mindset driving repeatable and scalable results across key in-app marketing channels across multiple brands.
Our ideal candidate will have broad visibility across the business as well as the global HelloFresh Community – and will collaborate daily with peers in Growth, Brand, Creative, Product, Finance, and Analytics. This is a high performance/high impact role driving incredible growth at HelloFresh working across the Growth Organization.
You will…
- Act as a strategic thought leader looking for ways to advance the sophistication of App marketing and biddable media campaigns to ensure dollars are spent in the most effective and efficient way possible.
- Plan, design, and execute paid social (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc) campaigns from execution to completion.
- Be part of a growing team of highly-capable channel marketers, while contributing to our authentic, inclusive, and performance-driven culture
- Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve effectiveness and efficiency of our performance channels
- Oversee campaign management and reporting, including in-depth analytics of LTV, CPA, ROI, and incrementality
- Manage the testing framework and feedback loop for the brand team to continuously iterate on creative assets, and execute experiments and conversion tests to improve LTV/CAC ratios
- Have a passion for innovation, as well as tenacity for owning the end-to-end customer acquisition funnel, collaborating across multiple functions and driving business results for both the short and long term
- Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance; e.g. Creative, BI, Digital Product, etc.—(targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc.)
- Collaborate with Data Science to develop tooling, automation, and new measurement methodologies, improve measurement rigor, and optimize performance

At a minimum, you have...
- A bachelor's degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
- 8+ years of experience directly managing marketing campaigns at $15M+ annual budget client or agency side
- Expert level knowledge of Paid Social and associated auction based technology, and platforms.
- Strong understanding of advertising and marketing technology.
- Experience working with online ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager etc.
- 4+ years of experience managing direct reports
- Solid understanding of testing approaches including A/B tests as well as incrementality tests
- Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV)
- Experience with subscription products, LTV and multi-touch attribution a plus
- Experience working with FMP's such as Smartly, Kenshoo, 4C, etc.

Colorado Pay Range
$89,600—$112,000 USD
