SALIDO - Remote
The Manager, Product Marketing, Hospitality will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts around the hospitality vertical and its associated products, as well as leading and providing guidance to a dedicated hospitality product marketing team. This role will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, and communicating the marketing plans to those involved. This position works closely with senior leadership to develop strategies that will increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, generate leads for our sales team and ultimately grow revenue. You will also be working closely with our Sales, Product and Operations teams to develop a pricing strategy that will help us maximize profits and market share. Also, in this role you will be in charge of organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events. We are seeking a strategic leader, who can execute on a tactical level.
What You'll Do:
  • Responsible for the development and execution of strategic plans that achieve business objectives across multiple channels.
  • Set goals, recruit, lead, train, evaluate, and manage the North Hospitality Product Marketing team and oversee all aspects of marketing operations.
  • Promote brand awareness and maintain a consistent message and voice across all of North Hospitality’s marketing, product, sales, and corporate communications.
  • Develop, metrics, and interpret key marketing metrics and reports to track performance and adherence to plan.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of integrated communication campaigns that promote awareness, brand preference, customer acquisition and retention.
  • Set the strategic direction and oversee the creation and implementation of lead-generation campaigns across the entire mix of digital and traditional marketing campaigns to keep top of mind with prospects.
  • Partner with shared services to monitor all aspects of our online and digital marketing programs, including website development, SEO, SEM, blog, multimedia, and social media campaigns.
  • Develop campaigns and media relationships to drive the visibility of the company in B2B national markets.
  • Promote North Hospitality as a thought leader in the B2B markets we serve through educational marketing, white papers, speaking engagements, webinars, & partner relationships.
  • Manage the production of marketing and sales collateral such as product information, data sheets, presentations, and customer success stories.
What We Need From You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum three (3) years B2B payment industry experience
  • Minimum two (2) years in a marketing management focused role
  • Experience working in a marketing environment that is fast paced and result focused
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform marketing decisions
  • Demonstrated project and budget management skills
  • Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to develop team members to meet both their career goals and the organizational goals.
  • Successful track record in developing marketing campaigns and measuring results against objectives, including ROI.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to see ahead to future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough strategies.
