Team Lead, Partner Relations
NAB- Remote
Lead, develop, and coach Partner Relations Advisors in managing and building relationships, providing services, resolving complex issues, and providing solutions to Sales Partners with the goal of growing revenue and production.
What you'll do:
  • Lead, develop, coach, and inspire Partner Relations Advisors on building and maintaining relationships, call handling, Sales Partner commission, pricing, and problem resolution
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on processes, tools, and products.
  • Serves as escalation for Partner Relations issues.
  • Monitor team productivity and ensure expectations are met
  • Keep abreast of, and communicate specific changes to Sales Partner procedures and products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve Sales Partner issues.
  • Investigate and determine root cause of issues and suggest solutions for improvement to management.
  • Assist with hiring and training team
  • Monitor daily workload and report concerns to manager
  • Communicate trending Sales Partner issues to leadership
  • Share ideas to increase Sales Partner portfolio
What we need from you:
  • High school diploma and at least five year’s customer / account management experience within the financial services industry
  • Experience building and maintaining high impact / key customer relationships
  • Ability to coach, lead, develop, train, and mentor staff
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional manner
  • Practice active listening skills: give full attention to what customers are saying, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate, and respond in a pleasant manner
  • Contain a service mindset by actively looking for ways to resolve customer concerns and issues
  • Ability to multi-task and handle key account relationships
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and training
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and email
  • Knowledge of GSuite (Google for Work)
  • Prior experience using financial services or merchant services software
  • Knowledge of NAB-specific systems and reporting
  • Strong mathematical skills needed to understand and handle commissions and pricing
Education and Experience (preferred):
  • Strong working knowledge of Merchant Services / payments industry
  • Prefer Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Prefer prior experience leading or managing teams
  • Ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to learn and retain larges amounts of detailed product specific information
