Job Title: Organizational Change Manager (OCM)Location: Hybrid in Columbus (flexibility to work from home on Mondays and/or Thursdays)Work Schedule: M-FContract Details: 12mo contract to hirePay Rate: $50hrOur team is looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant with strong leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality change solutions that drive success. Our team supports the development of skills, structures, tools, and reinforcement mechanisms necessary to manage and sustain change effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Transformational Change Leadership:- Champion transformational change efforts, collaborating with executive leadership and Human Resources.- Assess the impact of change and develop strategies to ensure successful adoption and long-term sustainability.- Lead OCM activities for complex transformational initiatives, driving faster adoption and higher utilization to achieve desired outcomes.- Stakeholder Engagement:- Engage with diverse stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment with leadership, learning/training, change communications, organizational readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement.- Promote a culture of change agility by embedding new skills, changing mindsets, and building organizational capability.- Strategic Change Practices:- Establish and lead strategic change practices for key projects, working closely with senior leadership.- Create and execute a strategic communications roadmap for initiatives with broad organizational impact.- Develop and oversee communication plans, crafting content for various internal mediums and ensuring consistency across all messaging.- Collaboration and Influence:- Foster collaborative relationships with senior leadership and other key stakeholders, ensuring alignment across diverse groups.- Serve within a matrixed structure aligned with the OCM COE to integrate organizational transformation impacts into the enterprise change portfolio.- Performance Measurement:- Define, measure, and track key performance indicators and metrics for knowledge management in collaboration with COE leadership and stakeholders.- Continuously solicit feedback from staff and adjust communication strategies as needed.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field; a degree in Chemistry or a science-related discipline is advantageous but not required.- Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in change management, communications, learning and development, organizational development, or a related field.- Skills:- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility.- Demonstrated leadership in managing projects and working across different levels and functional areas of the organization.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.- Critical thinking and decision-making abilities with a focus on driving results.- A continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to leadership.- Certification: Prosci certification is preferred, or a willingness to obtain it.If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
