Inside Sales Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our range of HR solutions. You will play a crucial role in helping organizations enhance their HR functions and achieve their business goals.

What is Expected from You

• Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce our HR services
• Conduct engaging sales calls and virtual presentations to prospective clients to explain the benefits of our HR solutions
• Work closely with the HR teams to develop strategies that drive sales and meet client expectations

• Customer oriented professional to understand in depth of our client’s needs and priorities, to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Be focused on the identification of emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of the market and its challenges

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the HR or B2B services industry
• BS/MSc degree
• Excellent English language both oral and written
• Record of target exceeding and achievement
• Ability to communicate, negotiate and influence credibly and effectively
• Ability to drive the sales cycle throughout
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and support colleagues.
