This position, based out of our LA office is responsible for the successful execution of trading card signings and events, working closely with various departments, NFL, MLB, NHL, and NBA teams, professional athletes, and agents. This individual must be able to work effectively with other business units within Fanatics.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist and lead in the execution of athlete signings and events
• Oversee the signing process from start to finish, while managing all event logistics seamlessly
• Communicate effectively and professionally with athletes/agents, internal teams and external vendors
• Reconcile monthly expense reports/receipts for signings
• Maintain a professional, confident demeanor at all times as the company’s representative during the signing process
• Nights, weekends, and extensive travel required; up to 75% travel at times

Skills and Experience

• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Superior communication skills and the ability to listen and quickly address any concerns
• Works well under pressure and is a confident problem-solver ensuring the delivery of exceptional experiences
• Excellent attention to detail, organization skills and follow-through
• Integrity, positive attitude, team-first mindset and the willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
• Strong knowledge and passion for sports

Physical Requirements

• Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as the telephone.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand 8 to 12 hours per day if attending signings or events
• May be expected to walk up to several miles a day at off-site events

$62,500 - $78,000 a year

The salary range for this position is $62,500 to $78,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
