Performance Health is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Cedarburg, WI. In this role, you will be the site expert and owner of manufacturing processing conditions, quality requirements, and formulations. Lead initiatives to identify and improve the quality, production efficiencies, and safety of manufacturing operations. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesEvaluate quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements in quality Analyze production processes, schedules, methods and other data and then provide management with reports containing the data and statistics to enable management to better understand future requirements needed for the manufacturing processEnsure that the company’s manufacturing processes are in compliance with all government laws (EHS and FDA) and regulationsReview and calculate labor, material and other production costs along with reviewing schedules and future production requirements to assist management in decision makingAnalyze and plan workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiencyEnsure all product routings are accurateCoordinate equipment maintenance and repair services and make sure that manufacturer’s procedures and instructions are followed in order to keep production equipment operationalPerforms other duties as assigned Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; preferably Mechanical or Industrial; or 2 year technical degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology2-4 years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to use the following applications: AS400, and Document ControlProficiency in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookGood organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a manufacturing environment and be exposed to wet or humid conditions; work near moving mechanical parts; work near extreme heat; occasionally work in high places on the manufacturing floor To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
