Manufacturing Technician - 1st Shift, Kerrville, TX

In this role you would have the responsibility for performing various functions to manufacture and assemble jewelry items in a manufacturing environment. Manufacturing skills may include: Injection, Bench, Polish, Mechanical Finish and/or Make-up and Assembly. These opportunities are on our 1st Shift.

1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8 AM - 4:30 PM; Occasional overtime

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Performing manufacturing processes as needed in up to three (3) Manufacturing skills.
• NOTE: Opportunities for all skills training based on business need and meeting pre-requisites.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently including, but not limited to:
• Verbally communicate with plant personnel regarding work processes and work assignments, required.
• Read and understand written work processes, safety instructions, forms, training materials, etc., required.
• Ability to complete accurate and timely production forms, required.
• Ability to perform basic formulas such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, counting and totals required.
• Ability to accurately determine weights and measurements required.
• Employee will be required to learn and achieve one (1) skill within 6 months of employment and three (3) skills within 2 years of employment.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as an alcohol and illegal drug screen after offer of employment is made and accepted.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic computer or tablet operating skills preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
