Manychat is a leading Chat Marketing platform looking for an Internal IT DevOps/Administrator to manage their IT infrastructure primarily on AWS and enhance operational efficiency.

Skills

Solid understanding of *nix environments
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation tools
Experience with CI/CD workflows
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms
Proficient in scripting languages
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain IaaS services on cloud platforms (AWS, Digital Ocean, Linode)
Implement and support automation tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Collaborate with business process automation teams
Provide technical support for internal tools and systems
Maintain infrastructure monitoring systems
Optimize infrastructure performance through automation
Ensure cloud security and compliance

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
