Marketing Assistant/Fragrance & Beauty

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the Marketing team, including but not limited to copywriting, pulling of imagery and support in creation of creative content
• Support the development and set-up of Marketing presentations, workshops and displays for internal teams or external clients
• Responsible to review and analyze product launches and trends
• Manage and organize data files, product library and prop closet
• Supports the team in the scheduling and coordination of meetings and events
• Coordinates and follows project flow in partnership with cross functional teams to ensure key deliverables and deadlines are met

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Power Point. Digital Savvy (can easily navigate Tik Tok, Instagram, etc.)
• Must be able to work onsite in our NY office 3-4 days per week or as required
• REQUIRED– Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years of related experience within the beauty/fragrance/personal care industry

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
