CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team working a hybrid schedule in any of the following CHA offices: Boston, MA; Colonie, NY; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta or Duluth, GA; Tampa or Miami, FL; Indianapolis, IN or Columbus, OH.

We offer most employees the option of a flexible hybrid schedule with a work week that includes both office and work-from-home days.

YOUR IMPACT

CHA's corporate groups support our technical sectors and market teams with financial, legal, business development and marketing, human resources, information technology and operational services to meet our clients' evolving needs.

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Team and is responsible for reviewing Requests for Proposals and preparing qualifications responses, preparation of presentations in support of marketing and proposal efforts, writing and maintaining resumes and project descriptions, coordinating marketing data, and assisting with all types of marketing materials and communications projects as needed. Additional tasks will include completing pre-qualification forms and registrations, updating professional service firm questionnaires, as well as updating and maintaining data integrity in the Deltek Vision database. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate and interface with various teams from across the organization, and attention to detail and expert communication, writing, and editing skills will be keys to success in this role.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Communications is required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 1-year relevant experience; Experience in AEC industry a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required
  • Experience creating documents with Adobe InDesign required
  • Experience with Deltek Vision or databases preferred
