As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a quickly growing Marketing team to ensure it runs efficiently and collaboratively. The successful candidate is someone who is eager to roll up their sleeves, learn about the inner workings of a fast-paced Marketing team, and is comfortable with ambiguity.

Working closely with various Marketing teams, you will support crucial team processes and communication to keep the team organized. The team is constantly exploring new initiatives, and you will play a role in helping bring those ideas to life.

This highly visible and professional position requires diligent attention to detail, impeccable time management skills, and an ability to multitask. The ideal candidate is able to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Procurement: Process, track, and triage contracts in partnership with Legal and work closely with the Finance team to ensure that all of the Marketing expenses and accruals are in order. Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports in Concur
  • Strategic Initiatives: Provide support for strategic cross-team programs and campaigns
  • New Hire Onboarding: Maintain learning paths, manage new hire buddy activities, and own the team directory
  • Team Building: Assist in the planning and execution of team offsites, volunteering events, and related activities
  • Team Communication: Create and send weekly documents to the team

Qualifications

  • Up to 2 years experience in marketing, events, or operations; experience in Cybersecurity and/or IT is a plus
  • Eager to establish a strong, broad Marketing foundation
  • Hyper-organized, proactive, and process-oriented
  • Highly self-motivated, accountable, and humble
  • Can handle multiple projects simultaneously without missing a beat
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Able to travel within the US, with occasional international travel
