Marketing Intern - Infrastructure

Responsibilities:

Walter P Moore is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Intern. The internship position is for 20-40 hours per week for approximately 3 months with a possibility of part time work available thereafter.

As the Marketing Intern you will be called upon to provide support for:

Data entry
Inventory control – printed pieces, promotional, and event materials
Social media support (writing/light editing)
General marketing/admin activities

Personal Characteristics required include:

Strong organizational and both verbal and written communication skills
Excellent inter-personal skills
Proactive
Client-service oriented
Attention to details and high sense of responsibility

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

Advanced expertise in
- CRM database knowledge
- Microsoft PowerPoint,Word, and Excel
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as a team
Excellent oral and editing/proofreading skills
A helpful, customer-friendly approach to colleagues at all levels of the organization
Experience and understanding of service industry marketing, preferably AEC industry
