How you'll drive the next evolution of our business

We're a data-driven company and a data-driven team - and you hold the keys to the kingdom. You'll be the one ensuring performance of our MarTech stack, a constant companion to RevOps and a critical member of the Demand Generation team. You're the shepherd for our leads, working with Content and Demand Generation to ensure our multi-channel campaigns run smoothly, including managing and supporting campaign tracking and attribution, lead management, reporting and analysis, testing and optimization, database health, and data integration across platforms. You'll be a part of our dynamic Marketing team, reporting directly to the Director of Demand Generation.

The Gig

  • Architect a world class B2B marketing tech stack that will enable us to improve and scale our marketing initiatives
  • Drive an increase in engagement and conversions by designing and building an integrated marketing data ecosystem that powers personalized and timely marketing campaigns
  • Track and ensure proper attribution for marketing leads and opportunities with as much automation as possible
  • Operationalize and maintain our lead lifecycle framework and lead routing operations ensuring the right leads get routed to the right person at the right time
  • Track and analyze key metrics related to marketing performance and regularly present dashboards to Marketing and RevOps
  • Manage our database including list integrity, data accuracy, segmentation, and ensuring compliance with privacy laws
  • Assess areas of opportunity in the business, advocate for specific initiatives, create and maintain a roadmap of key initiatives, and influence cross-functional partners with SME expertise

Your Expertise

  • Deep experience managing CRM integrations, database migrations, & workflow automation
  • Marketo + SFDC understanding that makes you an ultimate fan (and expert)
  • 2+ Years experience presenting to client stakeholders at various levels of the organization (entry to senior) with strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to take a data led approach to campaign strategy with hands on experience in tactical execution - setting up, optimizing, and reporting on CRM changes
  • Experience delivering results and recommendations to clients via weekly check-ins, quarterly business reviews and daily communication
  • Proven history of improving CRM processes, including training and oversight of new hires, peers and direct reports

The Legal Stuff

Jellyvision's headquarters is in Chicago, and, post-COVID, many of us will be returning to the Chicago offices (by choice, not requirement - our philosophy is "Flexible First"). But this position is eligible for work by a remote employee out of the following states: CA, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MN, NE, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, and WI.
