Position Summary:

We’re looking to add a marketing technology coordinator to our tight-knit and energetic marketing team. The person in this role will work closely with the entire department, helping to execute, coordinate, and manage key technology operations for critical marketing initiatives. The centre of our MarTech stack is HubSpot, with additional solutions playing important but supporting roles.

Our new MarTech coordinator will:

  • Work with the entire marketing team to support a variety of initiatives across projects, including events, video, content, launches, and so forth
  • Maintain the existing HubSpot implementation, including data management and hygiene
  • Create, implement, and manage new campaigns within the marketing tools
  • Set up emails, email nurture sequences, and marketing automation workflows
  • Understand and catalog current HubSpot use and workflows and be able to make suggestions and optimisations to continually improve operations and performance
  • Manage and implement contacts, contact lists, and imports
  • Ensure data flows freely and – more importantly – correctly between integrated marketing and sales technology platforms
  • Collaborate with sales enablement team on automations and integrations
  • Troubleshoot issues with current or new workflows and integrations between platforms
  • Create HubSpot campaigns and dashboards and track KPIs and metrics of success

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • 3-5 years of marketing/MarTech experience
  • Thrive in a fast paced, agile team with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Understand HubSpot marketing platform capabilities and be able to configure and set up a variety of projects, including workflows, contact management, landing pages, form creation and management, marketing automation, and email nurtures
  • Be process oriented and detail obsessed
  • Take ownership of your work while also being willing to collaborate within the team and across the company
  • Speak up and contribute to marketing discussions, making suggestions and holding marketing’s work to a high standard
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to explain complex MarTech implementations to non-technical audiences
  • Highly Desirable: HubSpot certification
  • Desirable: experience with Plannuh, Salesforce, LinkedIn and Twitter campaigns/ads, Google Analytics, AdWords, LeadPages
