We are looking for a Senior Recruiter/Recruiting Manager to join our People and Talent team. This position will own the full life-cycle recruitment for our US team and be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to Platform9. This position will work closely with hiring managers to formulate a recruiting strategy and generate a strong candidate pipeline while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in the fast paced, high-growth startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, building the candidate pipeline, interviewing, negotiating offers and closing candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide consultative support to leaders across the company on all aspects of recruitment to consistently upgrade teams and leadership capability with every hire
• Provide accurate, clear, and regularly cadenced reporting on the entire recruiting pipeline to ensure Platform9 is tracking towards quarterly hiring goals and ensuring a strong, memorable candidate experience
• Partner with our leadership team to find multi-channel hiring strategies including managing the relationship with current external recruiting agencies
• Develop and support Platform9’s candidate-facing value proposition and brand marketing strategy
• Support recruiting diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for various roles, partnering with hiring managers, and owning the overall recruiting process internally, ideally from a technology startup
• Proven recruiting background in identifying and managing candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through offer acceptance, and building strategic partnerships with stakeholders to define recruiting priorities, develop a recruiting plan, and measure outcomes
• Skilled at creatively sourcing, engaging, and recruiting highly coveted talent
• Experience working on an ATS system (we currently use JazzHR) and preparing recruiting reporting/metrics
• Ability to pivot priorities, iterate strategies, and have a passion for agile environments
