Job Description:
The Store Operations Manager develops, implements, and maintains communication across all M&M’S stores from the central cross functional teams. This critical role serves to provide cross-functional coordination of internal and external One M&M'S Ecosystem resources to ensure the effective execution of our strategies in stores. Through deep partnerships with key stakeholders, the individual will be responsible include provide the business with a clear understanding of the collective progress against critical milestones for the retail activity calendar. Further, the candidate will be responsible to ensure clear communication and collaboration among all cross-functional partners. This individual is a pivotal leader within the One M&M’S Ecosystem and will be a significant contributor in the company's success.
Proactively seeks continuous improvement initiatives to transform business processes
Transforms the culture at One M&M’S to build Store Operations as the bridge to communication for Stores to the Support center, reducing all forms of communication outside the designated tools/platforms
Drive accountability throughout the end-to-end business to ensure the timely, accurate and efficient delivery of all milestones.
Drive organizational transparency and effective communication among all stakeholders.
Coordinates the complex cross functional communication from internal functions to the store operations teams in a routine and holistic way (Including store weekly newsletter, feedback forms, store workload calendar, etc.)
Manage the integrated retail activity calendar to ensure all parties and functions are aware of, and adhere to, agreed-upon dates.
Partner with Merchants, Design, Visual, Quality, Marketing, Planning, Logistics and Finance teams to identify any new or shifting requirements and resolve any risks to the launch of any strategic activity.
Ensure that any operational challenges are quickly identified, escalated and resourced to drive towards quick & timely resolution.
