Your Team, Your Impact
The LiquidSecurity (LS) HSM is a highly technical product, with a highly technical sales process. You will need to be intimately and deeply familiar with the product, pitch it passionately, and collect customer insights and requirements. The customers you will target are some of the largest companies in the world- cloud and service providers and large enterprises in multiple market segments.

What You Can Expect
We are looking for a product line director with a firm grasp of technology and delivering great products, to lead the product management of our HSM solution.
You will be required to be a self-starter, to quickly grasp our technical product and market domains, and to command ownership of inbound and outbound product management and product marketing, including product roadmap for GP, payment, and converged HSM solution.
A driving force who will help build and grow our business
  • Product Definition: Understand the needs of target customers for their HSM deployment in their DC, cloud and hybrid environment and translate into technical product requirements
  • Prioritization: Define feature roadmaps and releases as well as provide prioritization direction to the Engineering teams
  • Payment product business planning: Track market and technology trends, payment market sizing (TAM, SAM, SOM), target key customers to win, and product positioning.
  • Ecosystem Partners: Identifying key ecosystem partners and driving the engagement to deliver complete payment processing solutions on our Converged HSMs
  • Market intelligence and competitive analysis: Develop an in-depth understanding of our competitor’s solutions, help define our market differentiation and competitive advantage, write competitive analyses on an ongoing basis, and help ensure our collaterals and website clearly reflect our unique competitive positioning.
  • Collateral creation: Customer presentations, product demos, product data sheets, technical notes and solutions briefs, sales scripts, FAQs, videos and external-facing case studies. You will maintain the collateral library and guide field sales on its use.
  • Outbound marketing activities: You will lead and participate in product promotions, industry events, trade shows, product launches, website updates, and joint marketing with partners.
What We're Looking For
HSM and payment processing experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant security or HSM product management experience. Preference for experience with Payment HSMs, Payment Processing and PCI standards
  • Clear understanding of the payment transaction ecosystem and key players, in-depth knowledge of payment algorithms and protocols, and practical experience with payment HSM solutions
  • Strong team player, with ability to collaborate cross-departmentally with product, engineering, sales and marketing, yet with the ability to work independently as needed
  • Strong work ethic, positive not-taking-no-for-an-answer attitude, and adaptability to rapidly changing environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on persuasion & influence
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Arts or related fields and Minimum 10 years of related professional experience. OR Master’s degree and/or PhD in Business, Science, Arts or related fields with minimum of 5 years of experience.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
159,400 - 238,800, $ per annum
The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model in which you will be able to split time between working from home and on-site in a Marvell office.
