Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  1. Completion of resident work orders
  2. Apartment Turnovers
  3. Emergency on-call maintenance after hours
  4. Snow Removal
  5. Follow safety procedures while performing duties
  6. Other duties and special projects as assigned


 

Qualifications

 

  • Apartment Maintenance experience preferred
  • Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills
  • Must have a reliable transportation
  • Must have your own tools
  • Upon conditional offer, background check and pre-employment drug screening required
