Position Overview:
Masterworks is looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Specialist with expertise in MicroStrategy to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in transforming data into meaningful insights that drive our business strategies. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll design, implement, and manage BI solutions that empower decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BI Solution Development:
    • Lead the development and deployment of BI dashboards and reports using MicroStrategy.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to create tailored metrics and visualizations that align with business objectives.
  • Data Analytics and Insights:
    • Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic initiatives.

  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, translating requirements into actionable BI solutions.

  • Data Governance and Compliance:

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience:
