The Team and Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and develop the Account Integrity roadmap to:
- Maximize the ROI of our user authentication and verification processes, and
- Ensure account/data security and regulatory compliance
This role is part of our Integrity (Trust & Safety) team, working to make Tinder the safest place to meet new people.
Where you’ll work:
This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration two days per week. This position is located in San Francisco, or Palo Alto, CA.
In this role, you will:- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of Account Integrity product initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
- Drive roadmap for the suite of products that prevent bad actors from creating and accessing Tinder accounts, thereby upholding the authenticity on the platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, particularly Engineering, Machine Learning, Analytics, Legal, Privacy, and Security teams, to use data and make short- and long-term trade-offs to deliver on their roadmap.
- Understand fraud patterns, device detection / mitigation strategies to secure user accounts, while also ensuring delightful login experiences for normal users
- Have an opportunity to influence and drive bottomline savings of millions of dollars for Tinder
- Engage externally with industry associations and vendors for improving solutions
You’ll need:- Initiative and the ability to work independently, with 5+ years of experience in product design and management
- Prior experience delivering Identity / Account Integrity products from inception to launch
- Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive approach to counter threats from ever-evolving bad actors
- Strong analytical and design aptitude, with experience of working with ML/AI teams to drive solutions
- Experience launching consumer-facing features across platforms (iOS, Android, and Web) is preferred
- Effective communication skills, with strong listening, verbal, and written skills

$175,000 - $200,000 a year
The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $200,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in San Francisco or Palo Alto, California. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
