Right now, we are looking for a Material and Inventory Manager to join our Operations team in San Antonio, Texas. As the Material and Inventory Manager you will be creating/publishing reports to ensure that inventory is up-to-date and at sufficient levels to maintain projects and production needs. This includes a Bi-Weekly Master Planning File to track lots and inventory age globally, assist in Month-End Reconciliation across all sites, assist with Accounting Analysis and file creation/distribution, ensure that Finished Goods inventory is up to date and at sufficient levels, and analyze current inventory levels, production speed and sales forecasts to manage risk of outdated stock and take actions to resolve out-of-stock situations.

What You'll Do:
- Establish optimized inventory control procedures.
- Evaluate inventory levels of raw & finished goods to optimize JIT production scheduling.
- Assess DOH for collaborative S&OP practices through Excel documents and published PowerPoints.
- Senior level reporting for S&OP monthly cadence for aged inventory at risk.
- Risk mitigation assessment for inventory obsolescence using multiple systems and combining in to one report to publish.
- Lead monthly close process to support audit reconciliation.
- Report monthly close for ops and publish reserve file for accounting as well to make risks visible for months to come in terms of Destroyed Product and Write-Off Quantities
- Track and ensure supplier reporting is accurate in terms of age risk and turns in and out of facilities.
- Transact any damaged or zero-dollar sale items out of inventory via movement journals when needed.
- Track and transact scrap out of inventory to ensure our systems match external (brewery) systems for month-end.
- Move product in to and out of quarantine when deemed necessary.
- Support CSCO & department leads with cross functional reporting & projects tied to numerical clarity.
- Lead the material runout efforts related to Molson-Coors packaging materials, including both sustaining and innovations/graphics changes, all secondary and tertiary packaging suppliers during Supply Transformation
What You'll Need:
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as statistical modeling.
- Background in finished goods and material inventory management.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong ERP System knowledge, Microsoft AX a plus.
- Experience evaluating and using planning and forecasting tools a plus.
- College degree in supply chain, finance, or business-related fields.
- 4 + years’ experience in related disciplines.
