Summary
Here in Tennessee, we process steel for a variety of customers; mainly working with automotive suppliers. Fun fact – Worthington is the largest purchaser of flat-rolled steel behind the automakers and our steel can be found in over 50% of US cars! Sounds cool, right? It gets better. We put our people first and operate under the guiding principle of the Golden Rule- treating others the way we want to be treated.

Employee Testimonials:
I have been with TWB going on 5 years. The reason I continue to work for them is because of the healthcare benefits and the way they treated us during Covid shutdown. They give us $ 2000 towards our HSA account and they helped eat up the cost of the Cobra healthcare charges during Covid shutdown. I didn’t have to worry about any financial concerns during those months while not working. -Nikki H
Why I like working for TWB: I have the freedom to think outside the box and have all thoughts considered. I am able to use my skills and knowledge as well as push myself in areas that I am unsure of myself. I like that everyone here is like family and we all go out of our way to make sure that everyone here is taken care of professionally and on a personal level. Working here has helped me grow as a person and by that I mean taking a step back and listening to what people have to say and remembering that we are all in this together.-Scott P.
