DescriptionThe Long Term Care RN assumes responsibility and accountability for delivering care to patients in Long Term Care and/or Assisted Living Facilities. The nurse demonstrates the ability to make clinical judgments efficiently with supervision, employing critical thinking and performance skills in coordinating patient care.
