On a typical day, you might find yourself troubleshooting urgent issues with remote operations teams, documenting resolutions within our Fleet database, and investigating root causes to prevent future occurrences. You’ll also help facilitate software updates and contribute to data management for our fleets, supporting our continuous improvement efforts. With your engineering background, you’ll interpret crucial engineering documents and apply your problem-solving skills to tackle complex electro-mechanical systems efficiently.
