Test Technician

As a Test Technician, your primary responsibilities will include executing test plans, maintaining test stations, and supporting engineers and technicians during the production process. You'll engage with a cross-functional team and contribute to new product developments, ensuring that all testing aligns with engineering instructions.

To qualify as a Test Technician at our Santa Rosa site, candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, excellent communication skills, and a proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. While a higher education in electronics or specialized training is desired, strong hands-on skills and attention to detail are equally important.

A Test Technician should have a strong grasp of RF theory and the ability to test Network Analyzers effectively. Additional skills include troubleshooting to the component level, understanding test software implementation, and possessing dexterity when working with tools and sensitive equipment.

Team collaboration is vital for the Test Technician role. You'll regularly interface with engineers and technicians from various disciplines, providing critical updates and insights during meetings and project discussions, ensuring everyone is aligned on goals and progress.
