Job Description

Partner with the Web Product Owner of the Digital Solutions Team within US Technology to evaluate, refine, measure, write, and maintain requirements for cross-functional teams on upcoming Web features and content updates. Support production stability by reviewing operations & customer feedback and investigating opportunities to improve existing features and processes. This Business Technical Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of customer-centric, best-in-class digital experiences.

The expected salary range for this role is $87,050 - $108,810 per year

Qualifications

  • Coordinate with external and internal partners on Web related tasks such as backlog refinement, grooming, prioritization, and maintenance.
  • Partner with US Product Owners, leadership, marketing, operations, merchandising, legal, analytics, engineering, and design teams to refine requirements in the form of epics, stories, and incident reports
  • Bridge the gap between the business customer and the technology solution providers
  • Thoroughly understand and document business processes within Confluence
  • Continually evolve and maintain web documentation as needed.
  • Analyze customer insights, data, and competitive analyses to identify problems and opportunities
  • Support user testing in advance of, and following, each app release
  • Effectively manage communications with collaborators and other cross-functional teams

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong bias for action
  • Comfortable with managing multiple tasks and projects, and providing status updates as needed
  • Experience collaborating with a diverse set of McDonald's internal partners to drive results
  • Extensive experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Customer-centric with a passion for impeccable digital experiences
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience translating customer needs into product features
  • Preferred experience with mobile/web apps and digital products
