The Sr. Director, HR Business Partner provides/develops strategy and direction on a broad range of strategic HR services to two corporate functions. These organizations include approximately 400 employees, located in the United States, Canada and part of Europe. The HRBP will work closely with members of the McKesson's Executive Operating Team and their direct reports. The HRBP will anticipate, design and inspire organizational and people related strategies. The HRBP must operate as a strong collaborator and consultant, leveraging relationship skills and business expertise, and provide solutions and recommendations to align, enable, and accelerate both short and long-term business/change objectives. Responsible for partnering with assigned client group and their leadership team to drive forward the people agenda. Ensures integration of strategy and solutions in partnership with the COEs and Shared Services. Provides/delivers innovative and integrated HR practices around critical business issues. Co-create priorities focused around business strategy, workforce implications, workforce priorities, and HR priorities. Coaches across senior leadership to enhance leadership abilities, relationships among teams/individuals, interpersonal communications, and performance management. Facilitates future-focused discussions on talent and culture of the organization. Supports and helps lead the organization through a time of transformation and change during a times of ambiguity, complexity, and uncertainty. Act as a problem-solving partner to the business. Develops organization capacity for change and execution for the business. Brings data, analytics, benchmark, and industry knowledge to business discussion recommendations. Leads and delivers projects for client group as well as horizontal projects across the broader business. Focus on core HRBP work, including but not limited to the delivery and execution against action plans related to employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, succession planning and overall performance management, and engage with other BU HRBP leads, COEs and Shared Services as needed to drive outcomes. Perform other duties as assigned. Typical Minimum Qualifications Degree or equivalent and typically requires 13years, with 8of relevant experience. Critical Skills 10 years of HR experience in a large, high execution organization - Fortune 500 company preferred Ability to navigate and influence within a complex, matrixed organization Experience supporting leaders, teams and employees across a distributed network and multiple segments. Prior experience supporting international teams a plus. Proven track record of delivering results Demonstrated executive presence with exceptional communication skills, ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization Proven ability to build strong and trusting relationships across multiple teams and departments Demonstrated strategic, critical, analytical, and innovative thinking skills Strong organizational design change management and talent management experience Proven ability to create a positive culture, with high morale and strong performance Strong business and financial acumen Comfort with data and analytics Preferred Skills Bachelor's or Master's degreeSalary Range:$200K -- $250KMinimum QualificationHR Management, HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
