Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this role will be crucial in shaping our demand generation strategies, choosing the right channels, and optimizing the plans. You will be working cross functionally with the sales and clinical operations departments to drive acquisition growth of new medical facilities and nursing professionals. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker with the capability to operate across multiple demand generation disciplines including top of funnel awareness campaigns, account-based marketing, and performance marketing.THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE• Own Medely’s demand generation program across both the facility acquisition and nurse recruiting sides of the marketplace• Own the demand generation funnel including awareness, account-based marketing, and performance marketing programs (including Google, Facebook, email marketing, content campaigns, SEO etc.)• Own lead generation flows including landing pages and flows to the sales teams, including testing and optimization• Build tests and optimize programs for spend in our paid channels• Align advertising messaging across our funnel with our brand pillars and test into high performing messaging• Test new acquisition channels for both facilities and pros, including digital, out of home, partnerships, content, and non-traditional methods• Work closely with our agency partners to manage campaigns, outcomes, and reporting.• Expand our current efforts into new markets around the country• Responsible for results and reporting on our acquisition KPIsWHO YOU ARE• 5-7 years experience working with lead generation channels• Experience with awareness, account-based marketing, and performance marketing channels• Strong grasp of marketing metrics and the ability to align projects with our goals and OKRs• Independent, strong project management skills, and ability to effectively prioritize work in a high-growth environment• Willingness to try take on new challenges and work on new channelsBonus Points if You Have:• Startup experience and/or public company experience is a plus• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written• Calm under pressure, moves quickly, ability to work with unknowns• Working knowledge of Marketo, Intercom, Salesforce and BI toolsWhy Medely: Benefits & Perks• Competitive Compensation: Based on experience and performance• Long-term Incentives: 401k• Healthcare Benefits: Full suite of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance• Flexibility: We believe that work/life balance is important, so we offer twenty days of Paid Time Off and eleven paid holidays.• Paid parental leave• Purpose: Join a growing mission-oriented startup that is modernizing the healthcare industry nationally!• Ownership: Drive meaningful business impact on a team you’ll help build and define!• Remote: Work in a digital environment with all the tools to achieve your work as though you were in the office!We're an equal opportunity employer to all.
