Integer is seeking a Media Director to join our agency!
At Integer, Media is a key driver to the success of our Growth Company philosophy and an integral part of the Channel and Activation team. The Media Director will be joining a group of professionals across specialized areas of commerce including media, social, CRM, digital shelf, and search.
Our growing team is made up of a dynamic group of individuals specializing in all types of media, including retail media, one of the fastest growing practices in today’s market. This team works collaboratively with all areas of the agency, including account leadership, creative and project management to deliver holistic solutions for Integer’s diverse set of clients.
What You'll Do in This Role:
- Build, lead, and oversee a team to deliver performance driving, ecommerce advertising services for CPG clients including, but not necessarily limited to, Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, and others.

Demonstrate thought leadership and innovation for enhanced media plans and results while understanding and leading the process of preparing, evaluating, and implementing media plans, as well as overseeing setup, execution, and reporting

Assists in evaluating, advising, and training assigned personnel to assure maximum productivity, quality of work and morale; supervises staff members with the objective of developing their professionalism in addition to media expertise

Act as a key media visionary and client lead

Confidently present and sell in media recommendations to clients

Achieves/maintains visibility and credibility within the agency, client base and with media vendor/partners

Maintains collaborative and professional interpersonal relationships across all levels of the organization, with Media team, with Account Leadership teams and with external contacts
The Experience You'll Bring:
Required:
-
Bachelor’s Degree required
-
Proficiency in media planning through relevant work experience, typically 7+ years, with emphasis on digital and shopper media
-
Prior leadership experience in this discipline at a senior level at either a large brand, or agency with multiple accounts under management
-
Experience planning and executing eCommerce media with emphasis on Walmart and Amazon
-
Record of growing performance and growing business, either brand side or across a portfolio of clients.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

Able to work in an agile environment. Able and comfortable dealing with ambiguity to make decisions and act for the betterment of our clients.

Ability to work under tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
-
Hands-on-keyboard experience within demand-side and ecommerce platforms including WMT DSP, AMZ DSP, or The Trade Desk
-
Experience in management, optimization, and reporting in at least one or campaign management platforms including but not limited to Skai or Pacvue
-
Background in CPG and/or DTC is a plus
-
Proficiency in planning tools including MRI Simmons, Analectic Index, or Kantar
The following range represents the low and high of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of The Integer Group in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, associated responsibilities, and other organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire: $120K-$128K.
