People Operations Manager

MediaAlpha is a customer acquisition solutions provider seeking a People Operations Manager to oversee HR operations across all locations, manage benefits, employee relations, compliance, and more.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of HR principles and public company policies
Thorough understanding of employment laws/regulations
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in HR systems and software

Responsibilities

Manage benefits administration and employee benefits experiences
Lead HR projects, audits, reporting, and policy updates
Coordinate events and activities related to People Operations topics
Act as a point of contact for team member communications
Handle HR operational tasks, compliance needs, and leave of absence requests
Provide support and training to team members on various HR topics
Stay current on latest HR trends and regulatory changes
