People Operations Manager

MediaAlpha is a customer acquisition solutions provider seeking a People Operations Manager to oversee HR operations across all locations, manage benefits, employee relations, compliance, and more.

Skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage benefits administration and employee benefits experiences
  • Lead HR projects, audits, reporting, and policy updates
  • Coordinate events and activities related to People Operations topics
  • Act as a point of contact for team member communications
  • Handle HR operational tasks, compliance needs, and leave of absence requests
  • Provide support and training to team members on various HR topics
  • Stay current on latest HR trends and regulatory changes
