This role will not only collect and analyze data but will also assist with HR process improvement and optimization efforts across multiple departments. The role will report directly to the Senior HRIS Analyst.• This is a remote work opportunityDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• With guidance from the Senior HRIS Analyst, maintain HRIS system configurations including, but not limited to, ORG Setup (Job & Job Assignments), general HCM troubleshooting, and new feature implementation.• Supply organization with the tools and trainingneeded for self-service reports from our HCM (Dayforce), as well as other systems.• Oversight of required government reporting. This includes timely submission of reports and acting as a liaison for other departments engaging in government reporting activities.• Collect, analyze, and assemble data and metrics to prepare internal and external reports and measure outcomes.• Participating in HR Technology & HRIS system growth and organization efforts.• Primary point of contact for general HCM System inquiries, troubleshooting, and instruction. Strong ability to assess when reported issues are symptoms of larger underlying issues and require escalation.• Partnering with Senior HRIS Analyst and other departments to maximize their use of HR Technology including, but not limited to the HCM information system.• Continue to advance knowledge of SQL, HR Technology, and Data Analysis tools to stay abreast of evolving technology offerings.• Additional duties as required.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or equivalent.• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Ability to conduct VLOOKUP’s, Pivot tables, and nested functions).• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on HCM experience with an emphasis on reporting & maintaining HRIS data. Experience with Dayforce strongly preferred.• Good grasp of HR, Benefits, Payroll, Recruitment, and Information Technology activities.• Acute attention to detail and great organizational skills• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks by level of importance.• Ability to self-govern work duties to ensure the timely execution of tasks with little supervision.• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.NICE TO HAVE: Not required at time of hire but individual hired would be expected to build upon knowledge during course of the job.• Experience with a Power BI, O-Data and API use, including RESTful and SOAP• Advanced SQL knowledgeParadigm believes that fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace is central to our mission of helping more people and transforming lives.
