Medical Receptionist

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Schedule: 3 rotating 12 hour shifts weekends and weekdays

Pay: $16

*Must be vaccinated or willing to get vaccinated*

Job Description:

Looking for someone who can support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Support key team members
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Provide status update daily to team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed based on the needs of the customer and business

Experience:

• High School or equivalent preferred
• 2+ years as receptionist medical setting
• Strong problem solving skills
