Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Generates demands from the end-users and decision makers through professional selling for product installation, customer conversion, and expansion of the market share.
  • Ensures that all medical, nursing or other specific practitioners are encouraged to actively and routinely prescribe, endorse, dispense, use and recommend the products to the greatest possible number of procedure/s and / or patients for an increasing repeat business.
  • Exhausts every possible means to deliver, if not exceed, the assigned monthly sales target by working on purchase orders, and by assisting delivery of goods whenever necessary
  • Plans, coordinates, implements and conducts product education and demonstration sessions in the territory.
  • Executes the marketing programs and strategies, and initiates, coordinates, conducts and prepares “cost-savings study” or cost-benefit analysis relative to product placement/entry in each account.
  • Closely monitors and analyzes the market movement of products as against competitors.
  • Reports all important activities of competitors for prompt action and reactions to neutralize competitive moves.
  • Represents the company in conventions, seminars, medical / nursing meetings, etc. held in the territory.
  • Pursues and conducts aggressive and sustained sales drive in all target accounts with the consideration of controlling and monitoring the status of receivables.
  • Evaluates and recommends the credit limit and credit line to be extended for each account.
  • Collects payments from all accounts for immediate remittance to the office following the prescribed company’s policy / procedures.
  • Recommends the addition / deletion of accounts in the territory with relative impact on the territorial objectives, and to report the hospital situation as to budget, mode of purchase, and relevant events
  • Accepts / receives returned product for credit memo from any of the accounts as approved, authorized and within the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Complies with the prompt and complete submission of substantial and accurate reports based on the requirements set by the immediate manager.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate manager.

Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy or other medical course.
  • Proven working experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years professional experience is a plus.
  • Experience in selling medical supplies is an advantage
  • Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, peers, and industry colleagues/contacts in a team environment, excellent interpersonal skills & client service skills.
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Proven problem solver with solid analytical skills.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Willing to work and cover areas in QC3, Marikina, Rizal, Fairview, Diliman, Commonwealth.

  • Work Schedule is 8:00am - 5:00pm (Compressed Work-week; No Sunday work)
