In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Coronary Renal Denervation Sales leadership team. This position is focused on coordinating the projects and work flow through a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Daily activities include ongoing interaction with all levels of employees, as well as with customers, vendors, visitors and candidates.

A Day in the Life:
• Office/Meeting Management
o Coordinate and manage Director’s calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries via Outlook and ascertain which events require Director’s presence. Rearrange meetings and commitments to maximize Director’s time efficiency
o Schedule meetings on behalf of Director or as requested by Director and Staff
o Domestic and international travel arrangements via American Express travel online tool – Prepare Travel itineraries
o Maintain business Organizational charts on an as needed basis
o Manages the requisition process for purchasing of equipment/office supplies for the department
• Communications
o Prepare and modify presentation materials for meetings; reports, and forms, sometimes with limited direction as assigned by the Director or as requested.
o Handle correspondence as directed, including composition and disposition of letters, memos and department announcements and communications. Ensure confidentiality of all documents, messages and telephone calls according to established processes, procedures, and policies. Manage confidential information with discretion and judgment
o Conducts Customer Care employee engagement surveys (e.g., using Qualtrics software)
o Consolidate and distribute the Americas Regional COE newsletter
• Project/Work Coordination
o Maintains, tracks, and provides reports relating to department budget and expenses, researches and resolves issues relating to expense reports, purchase orders, invoices, etc.
o Works on projects requiring analytical skills (e.g., provides support on organizational processes/projects such as organizational planning, performance reviews, AOP planning)
o Project management/Event planning and managing large meetings and events within allocated budgets (e.g., Customer Service Week, department picnics, potlucks, holiday events)
Must Haves:
• High School Diploma
• 4+ years of administrative experience in a corporate setting
Nice to Have:
• Systems knowledge: Microsoft applications (Word, Excel), internet
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated expertise and proficiency using MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Publisher, Adobe Contribute, Prodagio, OneSource, One Note, Autodesk Design Review, Office Communicator, Qualtrics
