As a Senior Campus Recruiter you will develop hiring strategies that align with our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) division. CAS offers cardiac mapping and ablation solutions to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms. You will play a vital role in shaping Medtronic’s future by identifying and attracting top engineering talent across the U.S. You’ll serve as an ambassador for Medtronic on campuses, building strong relationships with students, faculty, and career centers. In this role, you’ll lead initiatives to hire high-performing interns and help convert them into full-time hires.
As part of the Emerging Talent & Careers team, you’ll collaborate with recruiters from IT, Finance, and other functions to create a seamless and engaging candidate experience. You will also partner closely with internal business leaders and Talent Acquisition teams to build and align recruiting strategies with the needs of CAS.
