Night & Weekend Dispatch
MegaCorp Logistics, a top 30 brokerage company, is seeking a highly motivated individual for the Night & Weekend Dispatch position to maintain active loads and ensure successful deliveries. Competitive benefits package with unlimited earning potential and a fun high-energy work environment.
Skills
- Excellent customer service and telecommunication skills
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Alertness and ability to work late nights, early mornings, and weekends
Responsibilities
- Maintain active MegaCorp Logistics loads during after-hours operations
- Assist Account Manager in servicing the business, including developing carrier relationships and successful load delivery
- Act as a liaison between Account Manager, clients, carriers, shippers, and receivers after hours
- Monitor progress of loads and analyze potential in-transit issues
- Ensure accurate documentation of fees and costs for each load
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
