Recruiting Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator with strong sourcing experience to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Team as a full-time contractor. This role is crucial in supporting the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social networks, job boards, and industry-specific databases.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify top candidates that meet the job requirements.
  • Fully scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring that job descriptions are accurate and compelling.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline status.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide insights on sourcing strategies.
  • Handle various administrative duties related to the recruitment process, including managing the applicant tracking system (Taleo & Lever). 


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle, in-house technical recruiting, or similar roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using various platforms and techniques to find and attract talent.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
