Onboarding Specialist - PRN - REMOTE

They assist in investigating problems and questions related to pre-employment and onboarding components.They are responsible for providing a seamless onboarding experience to new hires with:• Knowledgeable communication of pre-employment requirements• Coordination and verification of prehire compliance components• Criminal background check review• License and Certification Verification• Education Verification• Other projects as requiredResponsible for coordination of pre-employment records, preparation of reports, appropriate and knowledgeable communication to applicants, department management, recruiters and other key departments within Mercy.• Ability to professionally conduct new hire paperwork collection, process pre-employment checks, and gather required pre-hire documentation as outlined and assigned.• Processes incoming calls and voicemails utilizing excellent customer service skills.• Assists in investigating problems and questions relating to applications and job offers.• Demonstrates knowledge of state licensing and safety regulations.Prioritizes task appropriately.
