Customer Success Manager, Commercial

Merge is hiring a Customer Success Manager to help lay the foundations for repeatable and consistent revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a background in customer success or account management, advocate on behalf of customers, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.

4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management

Responsibilities

Work directly with technical stakeholders at customers to resolve issues
Manage post-sales journey from onboarding to renewal
Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance customer experience
Collaborate with sales and technical services to support customer use cases
