MERGE is seeking a VP, Business Development Leader to drive agency growth in the Retail sector, merging storytelling and technology to enhance client relationships.

Responsibilities

Craft strategies for new business efforts in Retail practice
Manage the sales pipeline from discovery to close
Build a robust sales pipeline of new prospective clients
Nurture prospective client relationships and lead pitches
Generate at least $2M of net new revenue annually

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
MBA preferred
