The ideal candidate will question common assumptions, rethink existing processes, and see every challenge as an opportunity for improvement. We're looking for an execution focused individual, who can look at the big picture from a user experience, technology and business standpoint. This role supports process and technology on a global scale.HR Technology Solution Designer Responsibilities:• Identify and support transformative cross-functional initiatives to improve employee experience and business processes for HR• Possess knowledge of HR Systems industry practices, advanced techniques and solutions to design new processes, and solutions• Translate business strategy and stakeholder needs into documented business & technical requirements for engineering teams , including process designs and user flows• Partner with Engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensures acceptance criteria are met• Leveraging User Research to identify adoption opportunities for new products and improvements for current products, supporting user-centered activities such as concept testing and usability testing.• Maintain effective communication with project relevant stakeholders Support team leads of technology professionals with a focus on HR products• Influence technical solutions by leveraging and maximizing suite of current and future technology investments• Work closely with HR program & product owners to understand strategic direction and goals of the business• Effectively leverage data dashboards and metric libraries to inform prioritization processes and engineering roadmapsMinimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.• Experience in prototyping and designing current and future state processes with Lucid charts or Mural board• Experience managing, growing, and developing individual contributors and leading and managing teams• 5+ years experience creating business requirements artifacts, including process designs• Proven experience with communications, relationship management, partnership building and leadership influencing skills• Demonstrated experience leading global technical projects end-to-end collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders• 5+ years experience implementing employee-centric HR technology solutions• 3+ years experience leveraging agile methodology to deliver solutions in collaboration with product/application managers, designers, researchers, data specialists and developers• Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to drive business decisions & technology solutions• Experience implementing solutions with systems like Workday, Salesforce or web-solutions• Experience influencing at all levels of organization, driving and implementing company-wide changesPreferred Qualifications:• Proven track record of effectively interacting with internal and external stakeholders Enthusiastic about solving complex, system-to-system integration problem Familiarity with Workday, Salesforce and Workplace by Meta functionality including tenant configuration, data loads, and maintenance Demonstrated experience working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with stakeholders and usersAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
