Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry and reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Execute accurate reporting, filing, and database management in multiple systems
• Participate in month-end close activities, preparation of journal entries, and reconciliation of accounts
• Collect, analyze, and convert data to the general ledger system
• Maintain historical records by filing accounting documents and related support
• Work closely with internal and external departments to ensure proper transaction recording
• Answer questions by researching and interpreting data
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Some college preferred
