Human Resources Generalist
MG Properties, a trusted partner in the property management industry, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily operations across six states. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, leave management, employee relations, and benefits.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of CA employment laws and HR principles
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong coaching and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Advise and coach leaders on Company policies
- Manage employee relations and conflicts
- Administer workers’ compensation claims
- Manage leaves of absence
- Ensure compliance with employment laws
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain HR records and systems
- Conduct HR audits and analysis
- Participate in HR projects to enhance employee engagement
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
