Your technical expertise and effective communication will be key to successfully implementing the team's goals and delivering world-class DRAM products.Requirements• A Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering or Master's of Science in Electrical Engineering degree, with 5+ years proven ability in product Engineering and DesignEssential Skills• Proficiency with UNIX and CADENCE design environment (Simulation, Schematic entry, SPF extraction)• Experience with circuit verification and optimization, including layout verification and parasitic extractions of the circuits• Ability to model layout parasitic in simulation and verify proper signal routing and power supply connections• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to other design peers both verbally and writtenPreferred Qualifications• Experience inside memory industry of either flash, SRAM or DRAM, a plus• Experience in full-custom design and layout• Possessing management experience or formal training in team leadership, a plusBenefitsMicron benefits are designed to help you stay well, provide peace of mind, and help you prepare for the future.
