About the role

We are looking for a mid-weight graphic designer to support our fast-paced Marketing Team!

A lover of all things design, we need a passionate and multi-skilled designer to help us spread the word about the future of parking, charging and mobility!

You’ll work closely with the Marketing and Graphic Designer, and wider teams to support activities from creating beautiful pitch decks, social media assets, emails, a range of adverts, webpages, and much more. We need you to...

• Bring to life design ideas and concepts across web, email, social media, and digital advertising campaigns
• Delivering conceptual work to the highest creative standards. Able to translate strategic thinking into relevant, unique and creative work. Should be curious and pull together visuals to define ideas.
• An exceptional level of creative thinking to push the boundaries of each project and produce work that is highly innovative
• Ensure all public-facing and internal communications adhere to our brand standards and are consistent across all channels
• Work in partnership with the wider marketing team to ensure consistency and support ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

Please be aware - this is our dream list of experiences. If you had everything on it, we wouldn’t think you were real!

• Worked in a design role, preferably in a busy agency or high growth start-up
• Adobe CC magician - Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator are a must. Experience with Figma is desired
• An excellent portfolio, showing relevant experience
• Experience creating pitch decks is a bonus
• Embodies design best practices across disciplines
• Passion for design and motivated by great work
• Creative flair and an eye for detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Flexible and adaptable to working on a variety of projects of different media simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and the agility and appetite to produce outputs in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Webflow is a bonus
