What You’ll Do
  • Maintaining and building automated CRM systems to target user segmentations derived from Midas Database while understanding product and data needs
  • Implementing ML algorithms to target users with best communications and products.
  • Defining CRM strategies to address new opportunities cross-channel for engaging and retaining customers throughout their lifecycle
  • Conducting A/B tests to identify the best practices
  • Developing and optimizing campaign communication aligned with the cross teams


What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Informatics, or relevant analytical fields
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to extract insights from multiple sources
  • Proficiency in Python is necessary
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience using SQL
  • Understanding of cloud platforms
  • Experience with Airflow and Gitlab is a plus
