·       Use analytic and communication skills to tell stories with data, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

·       Work closely with stakeholders to understand the priorities of the business and serve as expert advisor on methodologic strategies to problem-solve, uncover opportunities, and drive impact.

·       Champion a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization.

·       Employ rigorous quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of all analytical outputs.

·       Contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of our growing analytics platform. Partner with cross-functional teams to effectively integrate data insights into business strategies and product improvements, in a robust and scalable fashion.

·       Collaborate closely with team members and across the company to deliver results. Serve as an expert resource within the team, providing guidance to other team members on analytic best practices and fostering an environment of knowledge sharing and professional development.

·       Passion about building impactful health benefit products and delivering amazing customer experiences.

·       Bachelor’s degree, technical certification or equivalent experience required in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Economics, or other relevant area.
